AI agents, minus the hype.

"AI agent" is the most abused phrase of the decade, so let's define it like adults. A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions: it reads the situation, decides the next step, and does it — books the appointment, files the lead, sends the follow-up — without you touching anything.

What that looks like in practice

The point of an agent isn't to replace you. It's to stop leaking money in the gaps between your tools.

Where it pays for itself

Do the math on one missed lead. If your average client is worth a few hundred dollars — and for most service businesses, they're worth far more — then an agent that rescues two or three leads a month has covered its cost before coffee. The benefit isn't futuristic. It's arithmetic.

Where it doesn't

If your business gets four inquiries a month, you don't need an agent, you need marketing. I'll tell you that on the call, for free. Automation multiplies volume; it doesn't create it.

How I build them

On your accounts, on your stack, documented, and owned by you. No lock-in, no mystery box. If I disappear tomorrow, your agent keeps working and your team can read exactly how.
